Today was finally the day! FedEx delivered the crate, had a great conversation with the driver about what we are doing and off she went!
Unfortunately I am working night shift so I was not able to dive too deeply into cataloging the kit, but will get a good start tomorrow after I get home and have it finished by the next day, so I hope!
overall, the box looked worse than it actually was, there were a few areas of obvious damage, but so far, nothing seems damaged!
The shipping companies' inspection timeframes have apparently shortened. You have 5 days to report any "concealed" damage, or damage that you find as you unpack, otherwise they will not honor any claim of damage from a part of the shipping that was not originally identified.
We plan to have the youtube videos up and running shortly and will have them posted under Scott and Tiffany's RV14. If you are stumbling upon this blog and haven't seen them yet, take a look at our youtube videos!
